1 Payment Policies
  • 1.1 Billing Due Dates:
    When upgrading your account to the full version, an invoice will be created immediately according to your Invoice Schedule selected in your subscription console. All invoices are due immediately. We will send an Email and/or SMS confirmation when your invoice payment has been processed successfully.

  • 1.2 Overdue Payments
    A payment becomes overdue after 14 days of non-settlement and an Email and/or SMS reminder will be sent. An overdue invoice may be paid within an additional 14 days with no suspension or penalties applied.

  • 1.3 Missed Payments leading to Suspension:
    A payment is considered MISSED after 30 days of non-settlement. Missed payments will lead to immediate service suspension. A suspended account will still be able to access the subscription console and view all previous invoices and payments. A suspended account will not be able to access The Business Cloud interface and main features.
    No new invoices will be created while the account is suspended.

  • 1.4 Re-Activation of Suspended Accounts:
    To reactivate an account which was suspended due to non-payment, you have to settle your outstanding invoice. After settlement, your subscription will be in PAUSED state with payment status "ALL PAID UP". From there, you may upgrade and activate your subscription again via your subscription console. Re-activation of a suspended account will result in a new invoice being issued immediately according to the subscription schedule selected.

2 Cancellation

A paid subscription may be cancelled anytime with a pre-notice of 7 business days before NEXT INVOICE DATE shown in your subscription console. You have the option to either PAUSE your subscription, which will keep all your account data (files, projects, notes, etc) intact for up to 3 months. You may resume your subscription anytime during in this interval with no penalties applied. After 3 months, your account and data will be scheduled for deletion. Alternatively, you may chose CANCEL&ERASE MY DATA. This will stop your subscription on NEXT INVOICE DATE and then schedule a complete deletion of all your account-related business data within 7 days.

3 Update of Terms

We reserve the right to update our terms and condition here on a regular basis as the need arises with or without prior communication. Please pay attention to the LAST UPDATED date above.

4 Acceptance of Terms

By using the Business.na website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

5 Services Provided

Business.na offers a range of digital business tools including professional email services, file management, online document editing, online conferencing, invoicing, sales and project management, secure webspace, and an AI assistant for text content creation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

6 User Responsibilities

Users agree to use Business.na services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

7 Payment and Billing

Users agree to pay all fees associated with the use of Business.na services as outlined in our pricing plans. Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but will provide notice of any price changes.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on the Business.na website, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Business.na or its content suppliers and are protected by international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited license to use the content and services for personal and business use only.

9 Privacy Policy

Your use of Business.na is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

Business.na is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions or errors.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Namibia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Namibia.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the effective date at the top of this page.
